It's been interesting watching recent events in the UK with mergers and acquisitions changing the face of the music industry in the UK. I wonder what is the future of the traditional music store and online music site? The groundswell for independents begun three to four years ago is starting to impact on the industry.With so many options for artists to distribute their music digitally while still maintaining control I would think the more traditional companies are eying the market nervously. Expect to see more changes I think and soon.
